I'm Tracey, a fully qualified, experienced and insured advanced Massage Therapist, Mayan Abdominal Therapist and SOMA breathwork instructor. I have worked independently and in retreat centres in UK, Portugal and Thailand.

In these times we all need a complimentary healthcare provider we feel confident in, and comfortable with, to call upon whenever needed. This is the role I strive to fill.
