Massage Therapy

Thai Deep Tissue Massage
Thai massage combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching. These increase the range of motion in your joints and muscles. This can also improve your posture. In addition to these benefits, like all massage, the stimulation of the nerves and skin cells can improve skin quality and muscular function, and contribute to an overall sense of well-being.
Thai massage has been around for over 2,500 years. Originally. Regarded as a healing art, traditional Thai massage includes influences from both Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. After living in Thailand for 20 years I saw, and used in my practice, the benefits of Thai massage, which involves stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation. However, having trained in clinical pain relief and deep tissue massage and knowing how beneficial these are I use, Thai massage with deep tissue and where needed, Clinical pain relief combined.
Thai massage is a more active massage which reduces joint stiffness and pain, increases agility and range of motion, helps with back pain, eases anxiety and energises the recipient.
Loose-fitting clothes should be worn.
*Please note my Thai massage is available for mobile massage only, as the therapy couch I use is extra wide and enables me to perform the stretches.
